Delivery & Returns

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery (although we aim to have your order with you sooner than this if we can)

If you would prefer to arrange collection of any items, please contact us and we can arrange suitable day and time for your collection to take place.

Currently, we only offer delivery within the UK.

We hope that you will love your purchase/s from the moment they arrive but if there is a problem and you need to return an item to us, please be aware of the following policies.

Faulty/Damaged Items
We only accept returns if there is a fault with the product, we ask that you contact us prior to returning an item to discuss any issues. In the case of a fault with any product that has occurred prior to shipping, the return delivery fees will be covered by us. 

If you do wish to make a return, please notify us of the intention to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must then be returned to us no later than 14 days following the notification. Any orders returned beyond the specified timescales will not be eligible for return. ​

Refunds
All refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days following receipt of the returned goods.

Please note, these are preloved items and therefore may show some signs of wear. All items have been carefully sourced but have had some previous adventures!
