Delivery is free for all shelf purchases. UK addresses only.

The shelf will be delivered by courier as a flat pack and will include some screws for a traditional dot and dab wall. There will be a small amount of easy self assembly required, please see the link to the video here for full instructions.

Your shelf will arrive, having been spray finished with a paint primer. All you need to do is give it a light key/rub over with a fine grit sandpaper and then wipe with a dry cloth to remove any dust. You are then ready to paint! We recommend using an eggshell finish if you want optimum durability.

The mechanism used to attach the brackets to the shelf is strong - don’t worry, you just need to give them a firm pull in line with the shelf top, as seen in this video.

For the Flo shelf we recommend the following maximum weights:

60cm - 5kg
120cm - 10kg

The shelves are handmade to order in a workshop in Norfolk, we allow a lead time of up to three weeks to ensure each piece receives the care, attention & craftsmanship it deserves.

Whilst we do not recommend direct contact with water or allowing the shelves to become wet or drenched, the moisture resistant composition makes them perfectly suited to rooms where humidity and moisture are present

To keep your shelf looking at its best, simply dust with a soft/dry or (very) slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaning products, abrasive cloths or excessive water, as these may damage the painted finish.

Whilst the shelf is made from moisture resistant materials and is suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms, we do not recommend direct or prolonged contact with water. If the shelf does become wet, dry it promptly with a soft dry cloth.

Avoid placing extremely heavy items beyond our recommended weight limit and take care when loading the shelf evenly to maintain its strength  and appearance. With simple care and normal indoor use, your shelf will provide many years of practical use and timeless style.

If your shelf arrives with any damage, please get in touch with us as soon as you can and send over clear photographs of the damage along with the packaging. This helps us look into the issue quickly and arrange the best solution for you.

Please keep all original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as this may be required by the courier. We kindly ask that damaged items are not installed or used until we have reviewed the issue.

Once we have received the details, we will work with you promptly to arrange a suitable resolution.

As each shelf is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations if you change your mind once your order has been placed, unless the item arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault.

Each shelf is spray finished for a smooth, high-quality finish. Where a specific shade has been requested, finishes may be colour matched as closely as possible. Please note that slight colour variations can occur. We are able to work with a wide range of paint brands , however not every brand may be available.
